The Story
Nick had just returned home from deployment when he got on Tinder and swiped right on Amber. She was on the elliptical at the gym when she got the notification that said, “Nick has sent you a message!” After looking at his profile, Amber thought, “…this guy feels different; I’ll give him a shot.” Their first date was at the gym on July 4th.
In Amber’s words: “I walked into the gym, texted him I was there…and boy did my eyes light up with I saw him. This TALL, handsome, sweaty, fit man with beautiful blue eyes, the kindest voice was wearing a backward hat. I thought, “I can work with this.” We hit it off from there. We worked out and got sushi, then he asked me what I was doing for the 4th of July, and since I didn’t have any plans, he invited me to the oceanfront to see the fireworks…and it was fun and bliss from there! I liked him, and he liked me. Everything about it was so natural. It was the best first date of our lives!”
The Wedding
Amber & Nick wanted a beautiful and romantic recommitment ceremony with their friends & family present. They chose Kellam Estate, an elegant mansion set on an expansive lawn, located near the old Princess Anne Courthouse.
