Their proposal story, in her words: “In October 2021, Wes and I were planning to go to NYC from our house in Philly for my friend’s Halloween party. We were planning to go on Saturday AM. But on the morning of Friday, October 29, I had gotten home from yoga, and Wes (looking very weird) was like… Pack your bag! We’re going to NYC right now!!

Wanting to have fun on their big day and not be wrapped up in the small details, Erica & Bryan’s only priorities were sunset photos and a final dance alone in the barn at Sky Ridge Farm, a family-owned wedding venue with stunning mountain views nestled in the heart of Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley.

They choose The Valentine, the first museum of Richmond, nestled in the heart of the city with a contemporary 1,750 sq ft auditorium, picturesque green garden and courtyard, and a stone terrace featuring vintage neon signs from Richmond businesses.

Alex & Nick randomly ran into each other on campus and struck up a conversation, which led to many dates. Nick officially asked Alex to be his girlfriend on Cinco de Mayo. Later on, he proposed completely out of the blue, surprising Alex while she was working on the couch.
